Tropical smoothie bowl for breakfast just what the birthday wished for. Frozen mango, pineapple, banana and coconut. Topped with strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut and some Protinella.

Baked Cod with tomatoes, red onion, garlic, parsley, butter, olive oil and a splash of white wine. I served it with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

There is one thing I don’t like to make and that is pie crust and I don’t care much for store bought shells. Today I might have found a solution - Tortilla shell. Well not as good as regular crust but definitely easier and faster.

Excellent dinner find in New Hope at @zoubinewhope Fantastic atmoshpere and food was delicious😋. Cheese platter, lump crab cake and tuna w noodles and some Pinot Noir.

Water, flour, salt and time is all it takes to make these. #sourdoughbread #lovesourdough
