Karin wants us to all get back into the kitchen and start cooking and have fun. Make family meals as often as you can. She is dedicated to combine her two areas of expertise food and nutrition. Get hands on tips on how to eat or get a cooking class on healthy meals. Dieting is nothing she will advise you rather she has the philosophy of everything in moderation. She grew up on a farm in Sweden and food has always played a central role in her life. Sustainable eating pattern is something she advocates.
