My first blog post

So this is my first blog post ever! But there is a first time for everything.

I love to bake and cook and could be doing that all day long. These crackers I made yesterday and they are absolutely delicious and very easy to make, almost impossible to fail. I ate them for the first time at my good friend Karin´s house. You can store them in an airtight container but usually they disappear so fast that storage is unnecessary.



1/2 cup brown flax seeds

1/2 cup yellow flax seeds

1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup raw sesame seeds

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 Tbs canola oil

1 cup water

Heat the oven to 400 F. Mix all the ingredients to a sticky batter. Pour it out onto a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Spread it out evenly. Bake in the oven for approximately 30-35 min until it is golden brown. Cool down. Break into pieces. Store in a air tight container.
