little chefs Cooking Classes
Cooking with your child is a great way of getting them interested in food and to hopefully eat it. In this class we use our 5 senses to explore the food in different ways. We focus mostly on fruits and vegetables recipes. Repeat exposure is key when introducing new foods to your child. The influence from other children can have a positive impact as well on your child's eating behavior as well.
